What We Do
Mosaique is a growing, community-rooted space for mental wellness, care, and connection at Concordia University. We offer culturally relevant, decolonial, and inclusive mental wellness services that center the lived experiences of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other historically marginalized communities.
Through workshops, support groups, and one-on-one guidance, we create safer spaces for individuals to explore mental health, healing, and community connection.
We also support the support systems. Beyond working directly with individuals, we collaborate with student associations, campus groups, fee-levy organizations, and other community partners who are engaged in care work. This includes custom workshops, consulting on inclusive and culturally responsive practices, and co-developing strategies that make mental health support more accessible and sustainable within their communities.
Mosaique is currently a small but dedicated team. We’re in a phase of growth and experimentation, and we’re constantly learning and adapting. We welcome feedback, ideas, and collaboration because we believe building supportive communities is always a collective effort.
